Advice and Guidelines
Information about university education
Pre-registration Phase:
During the pre-registration phase, after reviewing the successful candidate's guide, you can:
- Access the pre-registration section on the registration website by logging in through the designated "Login" column.
- Carefully read the "Student's Rights and Duties Document" and check the box accepting its terms.
- View the grades you obtained, which you can also print.
- Check your personal information.
- Print the list of permitted specialties (fields) available to you based on your grades, and then enter your choices.
Registration Confirmation Phase:
In this phase, you can update your list of choices. You will be asked to either confirm your initial pre-registration or fill out a second, updated choices form. In the latter case, the new form will be considered the confirmation of your pre-registration.
Note: Your previous choices will be canceled and replaced by the ones expressed in the new form.
Online Orientation and Appeals Phase:
Orientations: In this phase, after the automated processing of the successful students' choices, the orientation results will be announced via the website: http://www.orientation.esi.dz
Appeals: You can submit an appeal if none of your ten choices were met. In this case, you will have the opportunity to select 3 other specialties from those proposed to you.
Competitions, Aptitude Tests, and Oral Interviews Phase "Some Specialties Only"
If you have chosen branches conditional on passing an aptitude test or admission after an oral interview, you must ensure the correct date for taking the test. This is to avoid losing a course or courses you are allowed to pre-register for due to overlapping test dates. Your results will reach you within 72 hours at the latest before the final registrations close.
